Welcome to our website which is intended to be a source of information about the life of St. John's and links to the village of Tupton.
You will find us in the heart of the community: between the New Tupton Miners Welfare Institute & Social Club and the Doctors Surgery and opposite the Primary School. We look forward to meeting you in person.
Sunday worship takes
place at 10:00 a.m.
Our usual services are as follows however these may change while we are down in the church hall.
1st Sunday of each month is FAMILY SERVIVE
2nd Sunday of each month is COMMUNION
3rd Sunday of each month is FAMILY SERVICE
4th Sunday is MORNING PRAISE
Most Sundays (apart from the Family Service) Faith Factory (Sunday School), meets at the same time each Sunday in the Church hall.
We would be very happy to meet with you for an informal chat over a drink of tea or coffee and some biscuits, after the service!
For the next few months we will not be able to use the Church building as work is carried out to put in a WC for the disabled, a kitchen, and underfloor heating.
